We understand that life happens and we are happy to cancel your appointment within 24 hours notice at no charge. If you are late or need to move an appointment last minute, we will do our best to fit you back into our schedule but cannot guarantee availability within 24 hours. Same day cancellations and no call no shows will be charged according to length of service as follows: There is a 50% fee for services under an hour and 100% fee for over an hour. When booking, please be aware of your service time. We have a 5 minute grace period for 15 min services and 10 minute grace period for 30min+ services. If you are late, we cannot guarantee your service will be taken or completed. At that point, our cancellation policy will go into effect, or your service will be adjusted if possible. Thank you for your understanding as it is difficult for us to fill these appointments last minute without notice, and we often turn other appointments away to hold your spot.
