Starting out as receptionist/make up artist at Dollface Beauty in 2014, Lauren is one of the originals. Lauren found her love in esthetics for the artistry and became a licensed aesthetician in 2016 at SFICU. Lauren strives to stay up to date with techniques and education. Although one might call Lauren a master of all in the esthetic world, Lauren’s specialty is brows. With a natural approach to styling brows via tinting and waxing, she progressed her professional focus to Microblading eyebrows in 2020. Initially trained by Melissa Byrne of Arches in Sonoma CA, Lauren advanced her tattooing techniques in early 2022 by training with Maya Moore of Moore Beauty Love for Nano Brows. Lauren’s true love is skin and her natural esthetic lends well to those in search of the most realistic enhancements. When she’s not co owning the shop you can find her in San Francisco where she resides with her 3 beloved cats.

Meoki is an experienced Esthetician and permanent makeup artist specializing in eyebrows. With a keen eye for detail and a warm and calm personality, Meoki is committed to creating transformations that last. With her wide range of skills and services you can rely on her expertise to bring out your inner confidence and leave you feeling like the best version of yourself. Dedicated to continuing education and performing high quality services are extremely important in this industry. Meoki is always striving to provide you with the best and most current techniques available and is double certified in both Microblading and Nano machine strokes. Outside of the salon she is a mother of one and loves spending time with her family. As a west marin native who has worked locally her whole life and a long time previous employee of Dollface she may be a familiar face to you.

Morgan Winkler
Beauty Artist
We’re excited to welcome Morgan to our team this year. Morgan is a licensed esthetician who graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2018. She began her career at a popular fast paced studio where she mastered the art of body waxing. She is fun and inviting with a passion for making her clients satisfied and confident in their new enhanced look. Makeup and lash lifts are a strong suit for Morgan but her current passion is in facial treatments. Outside of the salon you can find her outdoors enjoying nature or grazing at a new food destination but, like a true earth sign, never passes up a day of rest at home.

Ashley bowen
Lash Artist
Ashley is a San Francisco and Los Angeles based make-up artist and esthetician. She has always loved to create through all art mediums, and she has a particular passion for using art to make people look and feel their best. Committed to having a solid foundation to build a business, Ashley completed her BS degree from Chapman University in 2009. Subsequently, she obtained her Multimedia Make-Up Artistry Certificate from the highly respected MUD in 2015. In 2016, she attended SFIEC to get her esthetician license, lash extension and microblading training. Ashley is now providing clients with all beauty-related services. She loves being able to bring out and enhance her client’s natural beauty from the inside out. Ashley’s trademark is creating glowing, flawless skin and dazzling eyes. Her clients love her timeless, clean and elegant approach to beauty.
